Fright Rate

Fright Rate is a Stalwart of the South African music freak scene. Founder of Cryptic Symmetry down in Cape Town, Seth has been a driving force for Hi-Tech, Dark Psy and generally harder styles of Psychedelic Trance since the mid 2000s on the West Coast of South Africa. While releasing his music on a variety of labels he also aided in pushing and releasing fellow C.T artists such as Paralocks, Anubis, Neon Glow and others including ZT artists through his monumental events and V.A record releases.

After traversing the globe and playing some of the biggest festivals in our scene he has recently come home to roost with his local born brotherhood. Fright Rate’s production style is diverse, musical and hyper detailed. Expect tracks that span massive high energy ranges and dip into pure psychedelic madness.
